On 31 October 2018, a seminar-discussion was held at the Vanadzor Technology Centre in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union. The topic of the discussion is: “Issues Related to the Inclusiveness of the Inter-Organisational Culture of Organisations Inside Communities and Having a Policy in That Regard.”
Inclusiveness expert Lilia Khachatryan conducted this discussion organised by the “Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS” non-governmental organisation. CSO representatives and teachers from a number of schools in Vanadzor attended the meeting.
Lilia Khachatryan spoke about inclusiveness, particularly creating inclusive environment in any place. She also presented the international experience of the sector and the strategy chosen correctly by well-known organisations. The strategic points showing whether the organisation is inclusive or not were discussed with the CSO representatives and teachers present at the meeting.
