Location: Yerevan, Gyumri
The project is aimed at the protection of the interests of beneficiary families when one of their members is temporarily employed. Temporary employment of the citizen actually reduces the family’s vulnerability, after which the beneficiary family does not enjoy state support anymore.
The project objectives are: to evaluate; the role of employers, social services representatives in the protection of interests of beneficiary families, and their members’ rights; the role of employers and social service providers in overcoming temporary employment problems; elaboration of a policies aimed at raising awareness of their family members on the protection of the rights and interests of beneficiary families; elaboration of targeted proposals aimed at improving the state benefits system and raising the level of justice and presenting to competent authorities.
The specific objective of the project is: developing and implementing more viable mechanisms for the protection of rights and interests of beneficiary families, and which are focused on overcoming the problems caused by the temporary work of the members of these families.
