The project objective is to contribute to the establishment of social justice in Armenia and the protection of internationally recognized human rights.
Promote the protection of rights of public service employees through monitoring public policy, advocacy, dialogue with government and elaboration and implementation of effective mechanisms.
Direct beneficiaries of the project are: More than 300 employees of 7 supermarkets: salespersons/controllers – 16-35 year old persons. The project focuses on girls and women aged 18-35, as targeted women are the majority of those age groups and are subject to labour discrimination.
