On 17 January 2019, the launch meeting of the “Access to Higher Education” project took place in Kapan branch of the “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” Foundation, Kapan Branch.
The “Access to Higher Education” project is implemented by the “Partnership and Teaching” NGO in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.
The project objective is to contribute to the improvement of scholarship and financial support policy in the higher education institutions of the Syunik Region through public monitoring and advocacy.
Artur Kostandyan, the Director of the “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” Foundation, Kapan Branch, professors, students from the university and CSO representatives participated in the project presentation meeting.
Mr Kostandyan said hi to the meeting participants. Attaching importance to the project idea and the need for it, expressed willingness to cooperate with the “Partnership and Teaching” NGO and called on the students and professors to actively participate in the project.
A. Torozyan, the Executive Director of the “Partnership and Teaching” NGO, also greeted the meeting participants and thanked Mr. Kostandyan for supporting the project idea and his willingness to cooperate.
Project Manager Anna Danielyan presented the project goals and planned activities. Then, the participants asked questions and spoke positively about the project.
