On 31 January, the “Edu-Logic” Equal Start Project was launched in Gavar. The project is implemented by the “Open Borders” Institute of Peace, Democracy and Development NGO within the framework of the sub-grant provided in the scope of the EU funded
“Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project, implemented by the Consortium led by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association.
At the beginning of the meeting Ms Eleonora Begoyan presented the project objectives and activities. She noted that the achievement of positive changes in the field of education will greatly facilitate the creation of a temporary coalition of CSOs in the education sector, which will contribute to voice the proposals provided by those organisations.
Further the project experts presented the directions that they will study and will make suggestions.
Representatives of civil society organizations and general education schools were present at the meeting.
Ms Zhanna Ghuloyan, President of the “Decent Generation” Social NGO, highlighted the implementation of such project in Gavar and expressed readiness to join and to direct all her potential to address the existing and identified issues in the field of education.
