Mr. Movses Aristakesyan, President of the “Economic Rights Center” NGO, Member of the Governing Board of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia had a working meeting with Mr. Ashot Vahanyan, Acting Secretary General of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition, Mr. Khachik Karapetyan, Adviser to the Chairman of the Commission, and Ms Anna Mkrtchyan, the Leading Specialist of Accounting Department. The working meeting was held within the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project.
Medium Term Expenditure Framework for 2020-2022 and the Applications for Budget Financing for 2020 of the Commission was discussed during the meeting.
As a result of the public discussion, deviations and omissions from methodological guidelines for filling in the application have been raised and appropriate methodological assistance was provided for their elimination.
The participants welcomed this format of the discussion and accepted the recommendations.
