On 12 June, public discussion of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework for 2020-2022, including the Applications for Budget Financing for 2020 with the participation of CSOs took place at the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia.
Ms Astghine Pasoyan, Executive Director of Energy Saving Fund, Project Manager of the “CSOs for Sustainable and Transparent Energy Development” project implemented in the scope of the EU funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project was among the participants as well.
The “CSOs for sustainable and transparent energy development” Coalition expressed its position that the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia instead of that should invest in the creation of a favorable investment environment for policy-making and the capture of the private sector.
