On 17 June, Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and Chairman of the Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the Public Council of the RA, Mr. Hovhannes Avetisyan, Expert on Public Finance Management of the project, and Ms Amalya Galstyan, representative of the Association of Social Enterprises of Armenia held a working meeting at the Ministry of Finances with Mr. Sergey Shahnazaryan, Head of Procurement Policy Department of the Ministry, Mr. Edgar Mkrtchyan, Head of State Internal Financial Control Department – Deputy Head of the the Department and Ms Sveta Harosyan, Chief Specialist of the Budget Process Policy Department. The meeting was held in the scope of the EU funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the RA 2020-2022 state medium-term expenditures Framework and RA 2020 state budget and budgetary financing applications.
ALA representatives made remarks and proposals on the applications, which will soon be reflected in the package of proposals to the Ministry of Finance.
