On 14 June, Ms Liana Nersisyan, representative of the “For Sustainable Human Development” NGO, a member of the CSOs for Sustainable and Transparent Energy Development Coalition, which is formed in the scope of the EU funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project, Mr. Edward Arzumanyan and Ms Gohar Ghazinayan, independent experts at the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia, participated in the MTEF discussion at the RA Ministry of Environment.
The Head of the Financial department facilitated the discussion at the Ministry of Environment. The NGO representatives NGO noted that the structure of the MTEF program which was compiled and put forward by the Ministry of Finance, was standard. However, except the list of general Action Plan events, the remaining sections could not be reviewed in-depth and form an opinion due to the shortage of time.
