On 28 June, the Contest of Creative Ideas “The Problems of Armenian Communities, and Smart “Ways” for their Solution” was held in Gyumri in the framework of “Capacity Building of HamaZark Coalition” sub-grant project implemented in the scope of the EU funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project
About four dozen applications from Yerevan and all provinces of the republic were submitted for the competition. The authors of the top ten ideas presented to the competition committee the importance and “smartness” of their ideas. All participants received encouraging souvenirs, and the best four ideas in addition to souvenirs received valuable prizes as well.
Winners:
3rd place – Socrat Alexanyan’s Team, Shirak Region, idea – “Establishing a Rest Zone”.
2nd place – Papin Muradyan’s team, Gegharkunik province, idea – “Installation of information three-lingual QR panels”.
1st place – Arman Barseghyan’s team, Aragatsotn marz, idea – ”Using energy-efficient bicycles”.
The winning team, Tigranuhi Minasyan’s and Anush Khachatryan’s team, idea – “Photon” College Gyumri, the idea of ”Installation of smart mats, bubblers and lights”.
