On 29 June, “AGAPE WORLD” Youth NGO organized the closing ceremony of project and presentation of the results of the work on the framework of the “Youth for the Future” sub-grant project implemented in the scope of the EU funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project.
Ms Liana Makvetsyan, representative of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association NGO, made a welcoming speech. She presented the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project and its objectives.
Ms Laura Ohanyan, “Youth for their Future’ Project Manager, presented the objective of the sub-grant project, briefly presented the content of the youth strategy of Chambarak community as part of the program and noted that it would be presented for the discussion soon the community council meeting.
Then, Mr. Artur Senekerimyan, President of “AGAPE WORLD” NGO thanked the whole team for acquiring skills such as the experience of working with local self-government bodies and state bodies, which is simply invaluable.
Mr. Artsrun Khachatryan, Coordinator for Youth Affairs of World Vision Armenia, noted that the fact that most young people in their community became part of this great project was desirable noteworthy and noted with great hope that a great deal of work is being done in the community, the World Vision Armenia organization had cooperated and made its contribution to the implementation of the project.
Representatives of local self-government, representatives of CSOs, youth, interested parties were present at the meeting as well.
