On 28 June, “Civil Solidarity” Liberal NGO organized a public discussion entitled “Problems of the High School” within the framework of the “Improving High School Functionality” project.
The “Improving High School Functionality” project is implemented within the framework of the sub-grant provided by the European Union-funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project.
The discussion mainly focused on the problems in high schools, the prospects for introduction of professional subjects, the correct functioning of high schools, and studies and recommendations within the framework of the project.
Directors and staff members of the schools and other stakeholders were present at the meeting.
During the discussions it was mentioned that serving the purpose of high schools is of great importance as to becoming a student as a citizen and a future professional.
During the meeting the participants referred to the issues related to the order of the examination of high schools, necessity of introduction of distance learning, creation of author educational programs and introduction of professional subjects.
An agreement was reached on further cooperation with the representatives of the school.
