On 6 September, 2019, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia published for public discussion the “draft laws of the Republic of Armenia “On Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin” and other related laws” on e-draft.am – the unified website for publication of legal acts drafts.
The CSOs Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia and the Armenian Lawyers’ Association have presented expert opinion, comments and recommendations on these drafts, which can be found here. (Available in Armenian language)
