On 22 March, Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association of (ALA), Project Manager of the EU-supported “Budgets for Citizens” Programme, held a working meeting at the Prague office of the Czech “AGORA Central Europe” NGO (AGORA) with Ms Kristýna Fantová, Director of AGORA, Mr. Vojtěch Cerny, Deputy Director, Participation Project Manager, Ms Jana Stehnová, Czech Project Expert, and Ms Monika Durajová, AGORA Educational Programs Manager.
During the first part of the working meeting, the participants discussed the activities to be carried out by AGORA experts within the framework of the Programme, including the issues related to the study of EU and Czech experience related to budgetary information and budget participation at this stage.
In the second part of the meeting, the heads of ALA and AGORA discussed the priorities of partnership development and new opportunities for their implementation.
