The 15th General Assembly of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association was held

The 15th General Assembly of the Armenian Lawyers/ Association was held remotely using the zoom online platform. During the Assembly the annual reports of the association’s activity and property use for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 were discussed and approved.

Elections of the Governing Body of the Organization were held at the General Assembly as well.

Mr. Karen Zadoyan has been re-elected President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Marat Atovmyan, Ms Arpine Yeghikyan, Mr. Karen Kocharyan and Ms Astghik Matinyan were elected members of the organization’s Board.

During the Assembly, the supreme body of the structure discussed the issues related to ALA membership and payment of membership fees, it was informed that in the first half of June of this year, the regular meeting of the ALA Board will be held, during which the issues of termination of membership of ALA members who have not paid membership fees will be discussed as well

At the end of the Assembly, A{A President Karen Zadoyan informed the members that member of the ALA Board Marat Atovmyan, has been appointed ALA Vice-President for International Relations.
