Analysis of Research Results in the Tavush Region

The project goal is to contribute to commitments of constructive dialogue between relevant agencies implementing policies in the social sector and the regional CSOs working on solving the problem in the Tavush Region, as well as to support increased CSO impact on exercising the population’s right of social protection and maintaining the quality and efficiency of the rendered services, the integrity norms of the sectoral employees.

The goal of the research was to study the compliance of the social services rendered by the employees of Territorial Offices of Social Support and community social workers with the general provisions reserved in the RA Law on Social Support, beneficiaries’ needs, as well as to carry out a professional assessment of the monitoring results with the participation of the latter.

For the purpose of studying the practice, advantages, and shortcomings of quality social services and their compliance and presenting the respective recommendation package, a study has been carried out through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
